Janet has helped many clients to successfully work on self improvement issues of stress, anxiety, fears, phobias, weight management, smoking, goal setting, pre and post surgery preparation, pain management, tinnitus reduction, sexual relationship enhancement, behavior modification, procrastination and many others. Janet uses guided imagery, neurolinguistics, voice dialogue, time line therapy and goal setting assignments in her practice

 Janet Montgomery graduated with honors from the Hypnosis Motivation Institute. She received the Directors Award for "Remarkable Performance & Achievements during Professional Training"

 

Janet and her husband Don will celebrate their 39th wedding anniversary this year.  Their twins, Donny and Kellie are 34 years old.

                            

Jeff Gold - Composer/Musician

 

Jeff Gold is a composer/musician who creates imagery through music, images that are emotional and melodic, restorative and uplifting. He composes soulful relaxing instrumentals which have received the attention of wellness centers and spa owners throughout the world.

Jeff has released 2 CD’s, “Soul of a Mountain” in 2006, and “Escapes" in 2009. Selections from both CD's can be heard daily on Muzak's "Body & Soul" channel and can also be licensed for Film, Television, or even your website via Audiosparx and Revostock.

Jeff is also a contributing writer and music advisor to EXPERIENCE | PREMCHIT resorts, located in Europe and Asia,  researching and writing articles on the physical, mental and therapeutic effects possible with music.

Jeff arranges all of his own music,and does his own mixing and editing; a skill he perfected as a television editor for  shows like MTV’s “Making the Video,” “Baywatch,” “MadTV” and “The Office.”


  
           

 

Jeff and his wife Diane have been married for 33 years.   Here they are with their three sons, Daniel (29), Greg (26) and Andrew (19).
